NY Remote Notary & International Apostille Services
Clear pricing + clear timelines. Notarization is online (RON). Apostille routing is mail-based to the required offices.
How the process works (before you book)
Before any live notarization session, I provide a free document review to confirm your document can be notarized remotely under New York law and to verify whether an apostille or additional steps are required for international use. This helps avoid delays, rejections, or unnecessary booking fees.
Free document review (no obligation)
- Confirm document type
- Confirm number of signers
- Confirm destination country requirements
- Confirm whether notarization, apostille, or both are required
- Explain what to prepare before a live notarization session
You are not charged and not committed during this review. You proceed to a paid live notarization only after everything is confirmed and you are ready to move forward.
Routine service (RON + apostille coordination)
Important: All services below are strictly for documents notarized during a live Remote Online Notarization (RON) session through BlueNotary. I do not accept pre-signed or previously notarized paper documents.
You will see two separate charges: (1) BlueNotary checkout for the notarization session, and (2) an invoice from NY International Notary for apostille coordination + shipping (if you choose apostille).
